The new concept of the diamond wire cutting machines.

In this topic we have tried to avoid special technicality, complicated
drawings and  other things like that, if you interested in, be sure we will
sent you a lots of technical documentations, descriptions and other
boring things. The main purpose is explaining what we have done and
which results we got.

If you ever work with wire cutting (who else will read article about cutting
with diamond wire) you have to know the main problem of diamond
wire cutting machines. The main problems for all of them:

-        During the cutting process we mast increase the strain of
diamond wire up to special value, which give us opportunity to get
enough contact pressure between wire and cutting material. Generally,
when you increase the loading, the strain can easily part the wire.
-        The diamond beads have high impact load during entrance to the
cutting zone and get the strong contact with cutting waste which
definitely decrease they live.

We have solved both problems with our new diamond wire machine
(PCT/RU2006/000682). We are getting necessary strain of the wire just
in cutting zone by using centrifugal inertial forces. Moreover, when you
try to increase cutting depth, feed or both of them you will automatically
have the wire strain decrease, which will prevent rapture of the wire ring
in case of overloading.

We already have finished concept for hand machine, which could be
very interesting especially for construction needs. Our tests gave us the
great results and now we are ready to show production ready, new
machine with great advantages and very reasonable price.
